Processing

Most orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. We currently offer free shipping on US orders over $90 (does not include wholesale or private label orders). Shipping estimates do include estimated processing time above. You will receive email notification of tracking for updates once package is with the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit or returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost to re-ship.

Local Deliveries

Local order deliveries are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation and details within 24 hours of your order.

Returns and Refunds

All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to bkhcandleco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

Please note, our candles are handmade. You may notice some slight variations or imperfections. Our candle tins may have very minor indentations or scratches. These will not affect how the candle performs.

You may return your unused candles for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 10 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us at bkhcandleco@gmail.com for more details.
